Dave Murray
Dave Murray was interested in electronics before the transistor became the silicon sandwich of choice, and computers that filled large rooms only did basic arithmetic. Detouring from a technical career to Radio DJ, then to Consumer Electronic Sales with a major Japanese manufacturer. Dave was not interested in computers until they could do stuff with video, audio, graphics and pictures.
The creative potential combined with honed marketing skills led to a career in web design. Dave ended up hosting some early sites with Richard's company, which led to friendship and project collaboration. They share the same philosophy of developing lasting relationships with customers to create web sites that are practical and affordable for small to medium sized companies, and give them technology that would have been unheard of just a few years ago.
Richard Grav
Richard Grav is a talented welder, mechanic, inventor, educator and became a successful computer programmer. It all flows together. creating something useful from scraps of metal, and making web sites more functional with bits and bytes of alphabet soup.
Richard's first web site was for an auto dealer when the web was starting to get popular in the mid 1990s. He was interested in getting search results when Altavista, Lycos, Hotbot, northern light were attempting to index the web.
His first search engine submission software, Sub-Zero was designed to help the search bots find his customers in the ever expanding universe of the world wide web. He continued to develop and improve the software and was re branded as iseek traffic, and has been a steady seller for over 6 years.
In recent years Richard has adopted PHP (PHP:Hypertext Preprocessor) as a second language. in fact, he dreams of dollar signs ($) No he is not obsessed with money. The $ is used to declare variables in PHP. This happens to you when you code like a mad fool, but I digress. This scripting language has taken the web to the next level in functionality, particularly when teamed with a MySql database. All our web sites use PHP.
Will Stobart
Our Resident vidiot, Will has been operating Creative Video Interchange since the early '90's, well before Digital Video and even non-linear editing. Originally from the UK, Will converted videotapes sent from overseas so they could be viewed on North American TV's. This evolved into Videopgraphy of just about any kind of event, DVD creation and authoring with custom menus and bulk duplication. Clients range from families that have used CVI to document all of their childrens weddings, oil and manufacturing companies and local business of all kinds.
Will is a guy that is hard not to like. Full of interesting stories, a quirky wit and always eager to tackle any challenging project, in fact sometimes we have to slap him to come to his senses.
